The Monzu was responsible for introducing a new category of flavours into the kingdom of Naples in the 18th Century and today means a great chef and artist .
We realise that in order to make authentic Neapolitan style Pizza you need to use the very best top quality and freshest ingredients.
Which is why we make and hand stretch all our dough ourselves using the finest Italian “ Caputu” Flour.We favour San Marzano Italian Tomatoes for our home made Passata and source our Charcuterie from prestigious Italian suppliers.We use “Parmigiana Reggiano “Parmesan which the Italians call “The King Of Cheeses”.This Cheese is protected under Italian Law and can only be produced in 4 regions of Italy.
…We also support local and independent producers and use locally grown Vegetables and Herbs,”Fresh Italian Herb Salt”,from a Norfolk based company as a seasoning and our wonderful “Fior Di Latte Mozzarella “comes straight from an English Dairy.
